The Operator is the data controller for personal data processed through the Bot.
2. Data Collected
When you use the Bot, we may process:
- Telegram user ID
- Username and display name
- Uploaded images
- Recognition results (license plate numbers and vehicle attributes)
- Payment transaction identifiers (Telegram Stars charge ID)
We do not receive payment card data.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to:
- Provide vehicle recognition services
- Manage credits and payments
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Provide customer support
4. Image Processing
Uploaded images are:
- Received by the Bot
- Securely transmitted to Vaxtor Cloud for analysis
- Processed and returned as recognition results
Images are not used for AI model training.
5. Data Retention
Recognition results and transaction logs may be stored for operational purposes.
Users may request deletion by contacting support.
6. Data Sharing
Data is shared only with:
- Vaxtor Cloud (for image recognition processing)
- Telegram (for payment and messaging infrastructure)
No personal data is sold.
7. User Rights
Users may request:
- Access to stored data
- Deletion of stored data
- Clarification regarding processing

8. Model Improvement (Optional)
Users may optionally consent to allow anonymized images to be used for recognition quality improvement.
Participation is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
Images used for improvement purposes will be anonymized and will not be used to identify individuals.
