2. Service Description
The Bot allows users to:
- Upload images (JPG/JPEG/PNG)
- Detect vehicle license plates
- Obtain annotated images
- Optionally blur license plates
- Receive structured JSON output
Each image analysis consumes one credit.
3. Payments
Credits are digital goods purchased via Telegram Stars.
- Delivery is immediate.
- Refunds are not automatic.
- Refund requests must be submitted via /paysupport.
- Abuse may result in account restriction.
4. User Responsibility
By using this Bot, you confirm:
- You have the legal right to process the images you upload.
- You comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
- You will not use the Bot for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or stalking.
5. Accuracy Disclaimer
Recognition results are provided “as is”.
The Operator does not guarantee accuracy and shall not be liable for decisions made based on recognition results.
6. Third-Party Processing
Images are transmitted securely to Vaxtor Cloud servers for analysis.
Vaxtor Cloud acts as a technology provider.
Vaxtor is not the contracting party with end users of this Bot.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
